1. How long does shipping take?
We aim to ship your order within 1 to 3 days after receiving it. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 10 to 15 days to reach you.
2. How can I track my order during shipping?
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. This will allow you to monitor your package’s journey in real-time until it arrives at your door.
3. What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns, but if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you can request a refund within 30 days by emailing contact@buttonandbobbin.com with your order number, details, and photos. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once approved. For EU customers, a 14-day cooling-off period applies.
4. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe. Just reach out to us, and we’ll assist you with the process.
5. What if I receive the wrong or defective item?
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, notify us immediately. We’ll issue a full refund, and you won’t need to return the item. Feel free to keep it, donate it, or recycle it.
6. Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. However, if the product you received isn’t what you expected, contact us and we’ll ensure you get a replacement.
